Just a short note to express
my complete satisfaction with the "Innerglass windows" you installed for
us at Paul Buettner Florist.
I have been shopping for
a long time for a satisfactory replacement window for our work area and
did not have a lot of money to put into the project. After you explained
what you were going to do, and then did what you said you were going to
do the results were dramatic. You would have to know what the drafts were
like in this place to fully appreciate the after effects of the new windows,
but it is wonderful. The designers that worked by the windows no longer
have a portable heater going by them, the store is warmer, and the out
side sounds are quieter. I would not hesitate to highly recommend these
windows to anyone thinking of an alternative to full replacement types.
They are attractive and reasonably priced and the workmanship is excellent.

This is to advise you that ABF Freight Systems made delivery of the final window yesterday, and it was installed with ease. It really looks nice…as do all the others. From the enclosed pictures I think you’ll see why it was imperative that the last one be brown.
We are very satisfied with the windows, but cannot document any precise energy savings since I went onto an "equal billing" arrangement with the electric company. December is the make up month so I will be able to calculate and compare the total bills to a year ago. The important thing is that we were able to preserve the exterior architectural integrity of our house, and reduce energy use. An unanticipated benefit had been a significant reduction in outside noise levels!
We were most satisfied and would welcome any potential buyer’s to our house to see Innerglass Windows in place.

Over the past several years my husband and I had been looking for a way to stop the drafts coming through he old windows in our condominium. We are paying high electric bills, and could feel a breeze on windy days. At the end of January we installed your interior storm windows on three of our windows and have been very satisfied with the results. In the months of February, March, and April our average daily kWh usage has been reduced by more than 20% over our usage in 1992 even though winter of 1993 had lower average daily temperatures. We expected some reduction by getting three windows done but certainly not 20 percent! I look forward to doing business with you in the future and getting interior storm windows for the rest of our condominium.

Wanted to send you a note to have you know how pleased we are your installation of your storm windows for us at our Connecticut home in Farmington Woods Conn.
We’ve had them in for about a month now and notice an appreciable difference. We anticipate they will be more valuable as the winter temperatures continue to drop.

Just a note to tell you how happy with the Innerglass windows we have in our home. The compression fit makes such a difference in our comfort while sitting or even standing by our windows. I used to sit at the table to read the paper and my arm close to the window would freeze while the other arm would be super warm. Now I can sit by the window in comfort.
